Hemorrhage control is addressed at multiple levels: two C-A-T® tourniquets for extremity bleeds, two packs of CoTCCC-recommended Combat Gauze® hemostatic dressing for junctional and wound-packing applications, and two 6-inch trauma dressings for pressure application. Penetrating thoracic trauma is covered by two HyFin® Vent Twin Packs — providing four vented chest seals total — paired with two ARS® 14-gauge needle decompression devices for tension pneumothorax intervention. The 28F nasopharyngeal airway enables basic airway management when jaw-thrust or repositioning is insufficient. Burn management, eye protection, splinting, and hypothermia prevention round out a kit that addresses the most survivable causes of preventable death on the battlefield.

The bag itself is built around a large central compartment with sand- and water-resistant ITW Nexus zipper hardware and silent pulls — critical for maintaining low acoustic signatures during tactical operations. The 1000D Cordura® solution-dyed nylon resists fading, abrasion, and UV degradation.
