The SIRK™ Gen 2 is the answer in one sealed package. It carries two C-A-T® tourniquets (CoTCCC-recommended) — primary and secondary per military doctrine — alongside a Z-Fold Combat Gauze® hemostatic dressing (CoTCCC-recommended), NAR® Compressed Gauze, a 4″ Flat ETD, a 28F nasopharyngeal airway, and a full HyFin® Vent Chest Seal twin pack, addressing all three MARCH-protocol life threats: hemorrhage, airway, and tension pneumothorax. A Fox Eyeshield, two pairs of Bear Claw™ gloves, mini duct tape, a Model 7 rescue hook, a permanent marker, and a combat casualty card round it out. The clear vacuum seal lets you confirm contents without opening the kit — critical when time is short. Pull it whole into a BDU pocket as a standalone fill, or break it down to reset a used IFAK. An optional variant adds an ARS® 14-gauge needle decompression kit for trained providers.
