Built around the S.A.L.T. (Sort, Assess, Lifesaving Interventions, Treatment/Transport) model — the uniformed national standard for disaster triage — the T2 system provides four simultaneous triage teams (each with T2 Tags, a laminated SALT flowchart, and a grease pencil for patient count documentation) plus a Command Kit for the incident commander to maintain situational awareness across all treatment zones. The laminated Commander, Incident Response, and Blast/WMD Scene Command Boards allow real-time patient tracking and resource coordination without digital infrastructure.
The T2 Patient Tracking Board (50-sheet pad) enables individual patient documentation throughout the incident. Bar code storage sheets facilitate automated patient tracking integration where digital patient tracking systems are available.
