One of the lightest rigid litters in the world at under 12 lb, purpose-designed for Special Operations Forces conducting CASEVAC in weight-critical environments. The quad-fold design floor-loads inside a UH-60, withstands 1,200 lb, and stores to just 21 × 8.75 × 7.25″ — built to move with the assault element, not behind it.

A standard NATO rigid litter weighs 14–18 lb. For an assault element already carrying 60–80+ lb of mission gear, that's a real combat-load burden — and weight is what determines whether a casualty gets moved fast or not at all.

The T3 achieves under-12-lb rigid-litter performance through advanced materials that keep the full structural requirements of tactical casualty evacuation. The 81″ open length is deliberate — the minimum for floor-loading a UH-60 Black Hawk, enabling direct transfer from the assault element to rotary-wing MEDEVAC without repositioning the patient. Despite the full-size footprint, it folds to a 21 × 8.75 × 7.25″ quad-fold package small enough to ride on the outside of a ruck.
