The TacMed™ ARK™ Active Shooter Response Kit from Tactical Medical Solutions is a multi-casualty response system for active shooter, mass casualty, and hostile event operations. Containing supplies for up to 7 casualties in a 23" × 15" × 7.5" bag — with options for Foxtrot or Foxtrot DA Litter for immediate casualty evacuation — this kit delivers tourniquet, dressing, chest wound, airway, and surgical airway capability in a single carry platform. Available in Black, OD Green, Coyote Tan, Multicam, and Red.

Product Overview
The TacMed™ ARK™ system was developed in collaboration with law enforcement and military end-users for active threat response. Its defining feature is the Casualty Throw Kit strategy: 7 individually packaged, bi-lingual kits that can be thrown or handed to untrained bystanders, allowing them to self-treat or buddy-treat while the primary responder addresses the most critical casualties. This force-multiplication approach reduces the effective rescue force required at scene by distributing care capacity across anyone physically able to follow instructions.
The standard ARK provides hemorrhage control and chest wound management. The Evacuation versions add a Foxtrot Litter (standard) or Foxtrot DA Dual-Access Litter — both engineered by TacMed Solutions for confined-space and single-rescuer extraction in warm-zone environments. The Surgical Airway Kit with tracheal hook addresses failed airways beyond NPA capability, a feature typically found only in hospital-level kits.
