The TT IFAK pouch is a MOLLE mounted First Aid Kit pouch designed with a quick access system. It can be mounted on the back of a vest, pack, or belt and allows the user to carry a large amount of medical gear to address many problems within the MARCH algorithm of TCCC.
A shock-cord mounting system housed on a solid panel with gear loops on the other side allow for a customized loadout in accordance with the user's needs.

- Pull out panel for individual loading
- Can also be used with 50mm belts
