Key Features
Flat Panel Architecture
Unlike pouches, the flat panel provides an open surface for completely custom kit layout. Attach TT Medic Pouches, rescue pouches, or any hook-backed equipment in any configuration.
Dual-Sided Organization
Both faces of the panel provide hook-and-loop surfaces — allows organization on both sides for maximum density in bags with limited volume.
Fits Inside Bags & Packs
Designed to insert inside medic assault packs, jump bags, vehicle kits, or any bag with a loop-surface interior — turns any bag into an organized medical kit.
SM + LG Configuration Options
Small panel (20 × 23.5 cm) for compact bags and vehicle kits. Large panel (25.5 × 34.5 cm) for full medic bags, aid station kits, and jump bags.

When to Choose the TT Medic Panel Set
- Medic Pack Interior Organization — Insert the large panel inside a TT Medic Assault Pack or similar pack — attach TT Medic Pouches, rescue pouches, and labeling strips in a repeatable configuration.
- Vehicle Aid Kit Mounting — Mount the small panel on a vehicle's loop-surfaced interior (headliner, door panel, center console) to organize a vehicle-mounted trauma kit.
- Aid Station Flat Layout — In austere or semi-permanent aid station configurations, mount a large panel on a vertical surface (tent wall, vehicle side) for organized, visual supply access.
- Bag Interior Conversion — Convert any soft-sided bag with a loop interior into an organized medical kit — eliminates the empty-bag-dump problem during mass casualty incidents.
TT Medic Panel Set vs. Alternatives
- vs. TT Medic Pouch Set — Medic Pouch Set provides pre-sized pouches; Panel Set provides the mounting surface those pouches attach to — they work together in the TT medic system.
- vs. HSGI Taco-to-MOLLE Panel — HSGI is a rigid MOLLE panel adapter; TT Panel Set is a soft, flexible panel for bag interiors and flat surfaces without rigid MOLLE infrastructure.
- vs. Rigid Panel Systems — Rigid panels (vacuum-formed plastics) maintain shape but add weight; TT Panel Set's CORDURA® 700D is lighter and more packable while providing equivalent hook-and-loop organization area.
- vs. Foam Panel Inserts — Foam inserts use die-cut cavities; TT Panel Set uses hook-and-loop for infinite reconfigurability — no cutting required when kit composition changes.
Frequently Asked Questions — TT Medic Panel Set
Q: What is the difference between the Medic Panel Set and the Medic Pouch Set?
A: The Panel Set is the flat organizational surface — it mounts inside bags and on flat surfaces. The Pouch Set contains the individual transparent pouches that attach TO the panel. They are designed to be used together.
Q: Does this come with pouches included?
A: No. The Medic Panel Set is the panel surface only. TT Medic Pouches (available separately) attach to the panel via their hook-and-loop backs.
Q: What surfaces will this mount to?
A: Any surface with a compatible loop-side hook-and-loop fabric. This includes bag interiors, vest back panels, TT MOLLE panels, vehicle headliners with loop fabric, and tent walls with loop strips.
Q: Can I use both the SM and LG panels together?
A: Yes. Multiple panels can be mounted adjacent to one another to create a larger organization surface, or used separately in different bags/locations.
