Product Overview
The UNO represents a fundamentally different approach to field splinting: rather than a fixed-format splint designed for specific injury types, the UNO is a modular splinting platform built around versatility, adaptability, and multi-patient capability. The entire surface of the PE300 polymer frame is covered in low-profile hook-and-loop straps, allowing multiple UNO units to connect to each other and to standard TCCC equipment (including tourniquets and wound dressings) without additional hardware or improvised solutions.
The stepless hook-and-loop adjustment allows the UNO to conform to virtually any limb size or shape, providing individualized immobilization without requiring size selection or pre-configuration. The same UNO can be used for a pediatric wrist fracture, an adult tibial injury, cervical support, or pelvic stabilization — the ultra-low profile straps adhere to each other to hold whatever angle, tightness, and joint position is required for the specific injury.
For mass casualty incidents or squad-level medical supply, the three-pack provides three individual UNO systems — enough to address simultaneous multi-patient, multi-limb splinting requirements. The UNO's flat or cylindrical carry options allow it to be strapped directly to trauma bags, backpacks, or vehicle medical kits without consuming internal kit space. Its compatibility with TCCC equipment ensures that after splint application, wound dressings, tourniquets, and IO access points remain accessible and operationally integrated with the immobilization platform.
