The USMC CLS Resupply Kit provides the complete contents needed to fully restock the USMC Combat Life Saver Kit after partial or complete use during a casualty care event. It ensures the CLS operator returns to full operational readiness immediately after using kit contents, without requiring individual item procurement. The resealable bag allows items not immediately required to remain in storage without compromise.

How many casualties can the CLS Resupply Kit treat?

The CLS Resupply Kit contains sufficient equipment to treat 2–4 casualties. This includes three C-A-T® tourniquets, three QuikClot Combat Gauze® XL hemostatic packs, four ARS® needle decompression devices, and two HyFin® Chest Seal Combo Packs — providing redundancy for multiple simultaneous or sequential casualties across all phases of TCCC.

Does the CLS Resupply Kit contain the same items as the USMC Combat Lifesaver Kit?
