The 5.11 FLEX TACMED Pouch is designed for the operator or officer who wants medical supply access and magazine availability in a single consolidated pouch — saving MOLLE real estate while keeping both capabilities ready. The front medical compartment drops down fully when the pull tab is activated, revealing organized elastic bands, bungee retention, and multiple pockets where trauma supplies are held in place until needed. The rear compartment independently holds two AR-pattern magazines with bungee retention, accessible without disturbing the medical side.

The FLEX-HT™ mounting system is 5.11's proprietary system that provides both MOLLE compatibility and the ability to quickly reconfigure or remove the pouch from a panel.
