The MED-TAC ALS Oxygen Trauma Backpack Kit delivers a fully operational EMS load-out built around the Lightning X LXMB60 platform—one of the most configurable tactical medical backpacks on the market. The LXMB60 was purpose-designed for EMS professionals who need to carry a heavy, organized supply load comfortably over distance while maintaining instant access to every item in the bag.
The main compartment features a hook-and-loop back panel that accepts all six color-coded removable pouches, plus an optional oxygen cylinder sleeve. Without a cylinder, all six pouches mount in the main compartment for maximum medical supply storage. With a cylinder, the cylinder sleeve centers in the compartment and four pouches arrange around it while the remaining two move to the side pockets. The top front pocket opens directly into the main compartment, allowing providers to access the O2 regulator valve without ever opening the main hold—a critical workflow improvement during active oxygen administration.
The front panel's laser-cut MOLLE loops allow attachment of additional MOLLE-compatible pouches, tourniquets, and quick-access tools without bulky straps or adapters. Contoured yoke shoulder straps with an integrated waist belt distribute the loaded pack's weight across the user's hips and core—important for extended transports or multi-floor responses. With 10 zippered compartments, 8 elastic compartments, and a multitude of elastic tool loops, the LXMB60 offers one of the deepest organizational capacities in its class.
