The defining organizational feature is the expandable main compartment equipped with six clear, hook-and-loop fastened transparent pouches. These pouches accomplish two critical missions simultaneously: the hook-and-loop fastening allows modular reconfiguration of internal layout to match any medic's workflow or supply set, and the transparent material allows visual inventory verification and rapid item identification without opening each pouch individually. The padded TT back-carrying system distributes load effectively during extended movement, while the removable 38mm webbing hip belt allows weight transfer to the hips during sustained carries and can be removed when the pack is used as a staged treatment kit at a casualty collection point. The large lid compartment provides fast-access storage for the most immediately needed consumables — gloves, shears, and airway adjuncts — without requiring the main compartment to be opened.
