Every variant includes an identical non-tourniquet supply loadout: Israeli Trauma Bandage, hemostatic gauze, wound packing gauze, HyFin® Vent chest seals, nasal airway, tape, triage marker, glow stick, CPR mask, gloves, and trauma shears. This comprehensive baseline means the RTS Rapid Deploy kit covers Massive Hemorrhage, Airway, and Respiration phases of MARCH in every configuration, with the NPA adding Airway management and the HyFin® chest seals covering open chest wounds.
The RTS Tactical pouch uses laser-cut MOLLE attachment and bungee integration points for secure mounting on plate carriers and tactical vests. The empty pouch weighs only 6.4 oz, keeping the fully loaded kit at a manageable 12 oz total.
