The JACK Infusion Hook V2 by Dimatex is a preformed aluminum IV bag hook with a 360° swiveling non-return valve connector, non-slip rubber tip, and Hypalon joint designed for hanging IV infusion bags directly on the rescuer's clothing, gear, ambulance interiors, or any hookable surface. Weighing just 50 grams, it provides a field-expedient IV bag hanging solution when no IV pole is available — critical in TCCC, tactical EMS, and transport medicine scenarios.

Product Overview
Every IV line requires a bag suspended above the patient for gravity-fed delivery — a basic principle of fluid administration that becomes a logistical challenge in the field. No IV pole. No ceiling hook. The medic has both hands occupied with the patient. The JACK V2 Infusion Hook solves this problem with a lightweight, packable aluminum hook that can hang an IV bag from a medic's uniform webbing, MOLLE pouch, chest rig, vehicle roll bar, door frame, or any other surface that accommodates a hook.
The Hypalon joint provides the JACK V2 with the flexibility to conform to irregular hanging surfaces without transmitting vibration forces to the IV bag and tubing. Hypalon is a chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber known for excellent resistance to temperature extremes, UV radiation, chemicals, and abrasion — critical properties for a medical accessory deployed in harsh outdoor, desert, arctic, or maritime environments.
The 360° swiveling plastic hook with non-return valve prevents IV line disconnection under rotational stress — the bag can swing freely without torquing the IV set connection. The non-slip rubber tip prevents the hook from sliding off smooth surfaces (vehicle rails, ambulance aluminum extrusion) during patient movement. Six high-strength rings on the double-walled strap accommodate latex glove attachment — allowing the medic to hang gloves for quick-access during extended care or transport scenarios.
Operational Applications
- CASEVAC/MEDEVAC: Hang IV bags from aircraft or vehicle overhead rails during patient transport
- CCP (Casualty Collection Point): Suspend infusion bags from field-expedient support structures without IV poles
- Tactical EMS: Hook IV bag to medic's own body armor webbing while treating a casualty in confined or unsafe positions
- MCI Response: Rapidly establish gravity-feed IV infusions for multiple patients without pole infrastructure
- Remote/Austere Medicine: Wilderness EMS and remote camp medicine where IV poles are unavailable
